A few things to expect: 2 x 6 construction, deck, cement garage apron, well & septic, final grading and seeding, and much more. Ask our realtor for a complete specification sheet.

    We allow for several options to meet your needs and make your home extra special.

  3. Choose a Building Site
    Check out our information on our newest community, Meecher Meadows, or talk with your realtor about other site options. If you already have a site in the area we can build there, too!
