The Home, designed by Butcher and Associates of Gaylord, will be a New Enland Style Home. It will be constructed out of Insulated Concrete Foam and it will include three bedrooms 3 bathrooms, a three car garage. The home feathers 10 foot ceiling and souther exposer with lots of natural lights. It has a large craft room and full basement. It also includes a 30 x 40 outbuilding contaning a woodshop.

Aspen Apartment of Gaylord Michigan has slected Alpine Homes to remodel several of its bathrooms in it complex in gaylord Michigan. This project will include the replacement of several tubs and tolets, new walls, new floors and painting.

Aspen Apartments of Gaylord Michigan has slected Alpine Homes of Gaylord Michigan as Project Manager for the remodeling of six building. This project wll include the rebuilding of 40 outside decks. Alpine will repair, replace, clean and paint all fourty decks in the Aspen Apartment Comples.

Alpine Homes announced today that it has agreed to build a home for Mr. & Mrs. Barry Fisher. This will be a summer cottage located in the Pigeon River area. This will be a two bedroom chalet with a loft and decks. Mr. and Mrs Fisher spend their winters in Florida!

This home will be a 3 bedroom 1400 square foot ranch with a walk out basement, large covered deck on the back and a two car garage. This home sits on 30 acers that the family has in Charlevoix County. The Kerrs are from Warren Michigan.

Alpine Homes is greatful to have been selected by Mitchell Gray and Ashley Bokosh, both of Gaylord, to build the family's first new home. Alpine Homes, Owner of North Valley Development, announced the ground breaking for the new Grace Baptist College Dorm located in the new development called North Valley. Alpine Homes is the builder of this new dorm. This is the first of 12 different buildings that will be constructed at this new campus. When finished it will house 41 students and be one of the finest college dorms in northern Michigan. It will be an Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) building, finished to have the appearance of a Northern Michigan Lodge.
